Gabrijela Morin

Gabrijela Morin is one of the better known inhabitants of Susak.

Deprived of opportunities in life and burdened with tough financial situation Gabriele lives without running water or electricity. In this interview she speaks about the hardship she has endured in her life and challenges she has to face each day.

Gabriela was given a roof

Soon after this interview was released the good people of Susak decided to give Gabrijela a roof. We like to think this video had a contribution (it probably did not).

Gabriela still misses a few things, which would make her life a bit easier. For example her roof could be connected to the underground rain water tank, so that she can collect water.
